the menu 1 key used to turn on key lock, and now it changed to turn on silent!
anyone knows how to change it back? (how on earth it was changed in the first place??)

In P800, "turn on silent" would be option 1 when you plug in the charger.
so, make sure that you clean up the port in the bottom.

On my P910i "Menu + 1" = turn on keylock. I don't know why yours would be any different.

Press the option key then press ok instead of the number key if it still doesn't work I suggest you bring the unit to the nearest SE service center good luck

It changes when you have it on the cradle plugged into the charger, it will change back when its not charging to "Turn keylock on" being option 1

i was charging the phone when i got the "problem", disconnecting the charger got my keylock option back. Phew!
just wonder why that should be disabled???

a friend of mine has a bit of a problem with his P910i keypad.. it keeps on locking by itself on flip closed mode.. even after setting autolock to off.. when you need to use it again you always have to unlock it first..
