is there any software that improves the quality of photos taken with a camera?
these are the 3 i have heard of for photos: adobe photoshop 8, shortcut photoclean and shortcut photozoom (all of them are not free)
how about improving videos recorded? any software for this?
i wouldnt mind having it free as well if they do exist!
