claimed on my o2 insurance (well worth it!) i had a branded o2 phone before but checked out my new one and they have sent me a brand new (not refurb) unbranded phone with r2l on it! hooray for o2!

i emailed them about firmware upgrades and they havn't replied!! i told them about the bugs i was gettin in my k700 (mine is the 1st batch)...
