No, haven't tried it, but it looks cool... I wonder what the range on these things is? Is it long enough to have your neighbors listening to your pirate radio station???? Hehe. "This is Belkin Radio!!!" *unplugs mic, and plugs in ipod* "Prodigy - Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned - Spitfire"

Good stuff...

Certainly a great idea, I'd get one, if I had an ipod....

However, I heard somewhere that things like this could technically be illegal to use in the UK (not sure what other countries' laws are like) as you are kind of broadcasting and therefore need a licence - but don't quote me on that!

I hope that isn't true, as one of those would be next on my shopping list if I ever managed to get my hands on an Ipod or something similar

My roommate brought one of those home about a month ago. It is decent, but the music isn't as clear as I'd like it to be. It looses the digital quality and the sound is very flat and lifeless.

But as a quick fix in situations where you lack cables and connections, it is great!

i made one - you can get a kit of the net for about £4 with everything you need - very simple to make and very tiny- it will transmit for mabe 5-10 meeters with a good signal- make sure you have one where you can choose your frequency - because you will find in some area's the fixed ones wont work because of the local radio stations signal being the same and more powerfull - - if you just do a search on google you will find a kit dead easy but if u have a little electrical skills you can make it yourself dead easy - for £60 you could get a build yourself trans that will cover mabe a 10 mile distance so think of that drive round in your car with your p900 hooked up to it thumping out tunes for all to hear :P:))
just a quick search on google came up with this
http://www.ee.washington.edu/[....]archive/circuits/transmit.html
http://members.tripod.com/~transmitters/
dont be scaired by the diagrams - just take the list down to a local hardware store they will give you what you need and you just join the wires up lol
