Yup! That's right . . . might get 'jailed' if posted illegaly, as there is still the so-called 'royalty' to it ! Also, why not SE perse issue things like that as incentives to their 'loyal' clienteles for - FREE . . . ? Signages, shirts, pens and other paraphernalias . . .
