> Why can't i see smileys on my T230?

Whenever someone posts a smiley, it shows up as *image* on the screen. But yesterday i was able to see a smiley posted by someone. But when i accessed the same page a couple of minutes later, the same smiley was not to be seen! It again showed up as *image* Whats happening?

somebody must have disabled smileys.. then the phone regognised it as characters and not as an image.. then the person must have edited and the smiley option was enabled, so it became an image or a picture...

Guys, these smileys are comfortably seen with a Nokia 3510i. Why is it that the T230 cannot display them?

i cant i just assume what smiley the user might have used... i get the *image* .... which i am sick off.... i believe laffen has disabled smileys for wap posts... what he should have done was to disable smileys on posts when viewed from a wap device.. i think he got them mixed up.....
