Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere (can't find it !)
How do I make my DCU-11 cable recognise the phone?
I have installed the drivers sent with it, I have the SE data software, I have no connection.
Attached to COM 4 but not picked up in phone manager.
What have I done wrong?

Try using FMA ( Floats mobile Agent ) And go to the options and change the com port to COM 4 and try to connect
If that doesnt work try the other com ports till it does!

Thats for that.
Using FMA connects to the computer (connected as 56000) but I cannot exchange info between the pc and the phone.
Connected on COM 3. Still can't use the SE software.
It's a start though !!
