Hi guys just wondering what types of input methods you prefer in Flip Open mode on the pxx0?personally i think handwritting recognition is great and so is the built in virtual keyboard except for the Java bug it contains (noticed when using jMSN Pro, the program constantly crashes).Also what third party programs to u guys think is the best for input.I am using ezitap at the mo.its good because the bug is taken out and i can use jMSN Pro without it crashing all the time.I also tried pop on top.its fine but cnt use handwriting recognition wen its enabled.what do you guys think?

personally I am now using the qwerty keyboard on the P910 probably about 90% of the time. I still forget its there occassionally and find myself using the virtual keyboard

I love it and although the keys appear to be fairly close I rarely multi-press nearby keys by mistake. Initially I thought it should be lit, and still do, but as a person working at a kyboard every day its not big deal in the dark as I know where the keys are and can see what I have typed on the screen anyway

i prefer handwriting and use it quite alot but some of the characters are not recognised correctly all the time.like the 'k' for instance.A lot of the time I get 'l' followed by 'c' instead of 'k'.also happens on some other characters but i guess nothings perfect.quite happy with it tho

on the iPAQ I use caligrapher for handwriting as it recognises whole words, not just individual letters

if they had something like that on the P9xxx I would most certainly use that there too

@dekesh
I have no trouble writing a k. Try writing the character in one motion rather than lifting off with the stylus

I use the handwriting recognition, but i find K's awkward too, and X. I tend to switch to virtual keyboard for these letters, because i know i will probably get them wrong
