....how do i know when my K700 battery is fully charged? (My ol trium LED changes from red to Green)

I can use the guage - that shows full after around 10 mins

Doesn't matter how long i leave it, it always says "charging..."

When i put it on charge, sometimes the backlight stops on throughout, sometimes it goes out throughout - so no indication there

How am i spose to tell?

Make a habit of charging your phone overnight, that way you will be sure itīs fully charged.

Yes, the best is 'time' it mate ! Though charging should start when the batt is drained at that, as for me, I always go for the extra hour of charging !

Well, when the battery meter stops moving then your charge is complete.

Well for me, my task is not totally done just seeing the green bar batt icon full, I take an extra hour of charging . . . just to be sure . . .

....managed to answer my own question here

there is no real indication of when battery is fully charged (that's bad considering the battery problems with 700)

however - i ordered a phone/battery charger complete with spare S/E li/poly battery from ebay for about Ģ8 (what a bargain) - got it today - put the spare on charge and guess what? - the charger has a red/green indicator LED to tell me when it's full - bonus or what )

I rarely see a charger with a red button or light bulb on it, Only a green one as it shows an indication that when plugged-in, saying that you are charging a fone . . . Hmmmm . . . maybe the red light bulb indicator when lit will advise you that your chargin' has already been completed and the green light bulb will now turn-off Just a wild guess here pal as always, well who knows, I might be wrong again !

....the one i got is perfect - it has 1 LED - it is red whilst batt is charging & goes Green when it's fully cooked - just like the phone should have in the first place

for Ģ8 squid inc spare batt - this has to be a MUST for allllllll 700i owners

p.s. the battery supplied "is" an original Sony Li_Poly (i know some others aren't)
