> Duplicate entries syncing outlook with p900

I synchronize my p900 with outlook using latest firmware and software and XP (sp2). I have 1300 entries in my contact foulder ordered in different categories. There are some 60 entries that get duplicated sometimes in my outlook inside and empty category. After several syncings I end up with 5 or more copies of the same contact. I'm not able to see what makes those contacts different from others.
Some calendar entries also get duplicated.
Can this be avoided?
