i've been searchin for eons now for PC desktop themes.
I only got screen savers and wallpapers but not a single theme actually.

Did a search on this topic and saw two other posts with the same content. I hope someone shares where we can get one.

Is a skinning app required for that?
applied it in the same manner as the royale theme but all it did was change std windows to green & grey
