> problem with pc suite?

i installed the pc suite and tried connection to my p910 via usb.. it detected the phone in the phone connection link (the app a the taskbar) , however, it says that the device is not detected when i try to run the syncronis or install software app.. what's the problem?

which port did you set up for
connection your phone with pc.Did you set up it in preferances [on the pc]

first go to phone monitor and enable coms that u r trying to use.later go to connection icon click and choose properties.When ur phone is connected via usb; must be usb checked off.

Check your firewall to see if you have blocked mRouterRuntime.exe from accessing the internet. I had a similar problem with Norton's Firewall and allowing complete access fixed it.

I'm having a similar problem. I've installed all the software onto my computer and connected the usb hub and checked my firewall, but when I click on phone connection link it tells me I'm connecting but never connects. In addition it doesn't seem to connect to bluetooth either.
I'm a P910 virgin in need of help!

Hi me the novice again. Can anyone tell me how best and easiest to do the following:
Transfer contacts from my p800(not sim) to p910.
Also can i use the usb deskstand to ADD the p910 to my laptop or will the both of them being there conflict? btw is there any difference in the two stands?
The same question for the cds that came with the p910. Can I load them without conflicts between the two?
