I will pay 35 - 60 (depending on how good the layout is) for someone to help design a school website for me, ill tell you what to do and you design it

If you are ready to give 60$ consider a website design studios, not like
www.2advanced.com but some smaller sites with the same quality but much cheaper.

I want it to be something like this:
the frame would be the hardest...
A flash side bar in which when mouseover on some links it opens up new "menu". The sidebar should be like this (links with a (-) means something that should open up in the mouseover menu)(links with a (o) means something that should be opened up when a mouseover on a (-) link occurs) (links with a means something that should be opened up when a mouseover on a (o) link occurs)(links with a • means something that should be opened up when a mouseover on a () link occurs). ??? means leave a spot open for the future.
