The cradle that comes with the p800 is very slow. The quickest way is to get a USB memory stick reader and then use the adapter included with the MSD to transfer files onto the MSD. It helps to have a file manager program installed on your P800 (i.e. SMan) so you can move/delete files on your MSD directly from your p800

If you have a Sony digital camera or even a printer that have slots for Memory Stick, it can be use as a reader. Just something to keep in mind so you don't have to buy a card reader.

A memory stick reader is definately the fastest way and the readers are cheap. Second best way would be to get a Bluetooth adapter.

Yah, but i'd imagine a bluetooth adapter is slower than the desk-stand. So It kinda defeats the purpose....

Nope, only 115,2 kbit in the cradle, 721 kbit with BT
