I think you'll find none of the icons/smilies work in topic titles.

Yeah i know that, but surely they CAN be used, but are just disabled to stop people posting smilies everywhere. Cant an exception be made for
seeing as it is relevant to a lot of the topics? Dont you think seeing the letters "se" is very untidy looking?

Having the Sonyericsson logo plastered all over the board would be untidy. Having just text when you are looking at topic titles is much tidier

but "se" isnt a word! Its just a jumble of letters (well, a small jumble)!
The
logo is instantly recognisable, and seeing a this is a
fansite, shouldnt we be trying to promote

If im gonna be honest, it does look better than i thought it would when you first suggested it. But if it is implemented it'll just lead to people moaning that all the other smilies don't appear in titles

Smilies should definately NOT be allowed in headers. But The
does look good, and would serve a purpose.
tip-top editing, btw

Well not really as then everyone would use it all over the place, and seeing as its a SE forum...it may get a bit unsightly to the eye.
