> T610 loses text when answering a call?
Bookmark topic
I'm using a T610 with firmware version R6C005. I have this problem that when I'm in the middle of writing a text and someone calls, the text is lost. The thing is, it only happens sometimes. I know it's supposed to go to the Unsent folder intact, and sometimes it does. The other times, there's an "Unknown" text in the Unsent folder but the message body is empty. Anyone experience this too?

Perhaps it's just an irritation you have to put up with but realistically how often do you get a call while texting anyway?

Well . . . me, 'bout 50:1 ! For every 50 sms that I compose there will always be 1 incoming call at that mate . . . considering here also that I rarely send sms, 'bout twice a day on the average .

So that would mean it happens only about once a month and then only sometimes will it lose the text and sometimes it saves to draft so not often!
I send more texts than that but still I haven't encountered this situation for ages. Often I get a call when on the browser though but that doesn't cause a problem.

More or less, once or twice every month that I encounter this problemo back then . . . As majority of my collegues and all, calls me more often rather than just by sending me an sms . . .

For the past few weeks, it happens to me about once-a-day, on the average. It's very annoying, especially if it's a multi-part message. It's enough of a problem to make me want to change phones (preferrably to another Sony Ericsson as they are the most compatible with my Mac). I'm trying to find out which models are sure to not have this problem.
