Respected All
Im very confused as after even reset there are files around in my Phone which should have been deleted.Like my installed applications as I chose those to be deleted.Even after a second reset making sure I did asked them to be deleted They were still there.I even formatted my DUO then too they remained.
Is there anything that can be done to do a COMPLETE reset?
Why there is only one language left to chose from?
How many times can one do a master reset SAFELY?
Why all of a sudden my Pc Suite is refusing to start its File Manager?
Is there any way one can keep auosetups sent by Network providers?
I will be very obliged for your answers and guidance.

Close the flip and press:
Jogdial roll up, *, jogdial down, down, *, down, *
This goes to the service menu where you can format the internal disc removing everything on it!

Obviously if you have installed there apps etc on the Memory Stick neither the master reset or format of internal drive removes them! For that you can format the memory stick in control panel.
