Hey guys, wonderin if anyone can give me an unbiased opinion on what they think the best phone at the moment is. I dont necisarilly want an SE phone as the last one i had, was not only crap (T300) i had hell when it stopped working and i had to get it repaired, as it was away for 3 months. I cant afford a P*** as they r about £200 on contract so they are out of the question. At the moment im thinking of getting a Orange SPV C500 as i like the windows mobile software, and, i'd like to convert it to run linux too. Anyone had any problems with an SPV that I should kno about, or do you have any other recommendations?

ok, i need bluetooth, video, and POP email access. looking for a phone that has expandable memory and preferably an mp3 player too. This is why im leaning towards the SPV, cuz it has WMP, outlook, and 64MB ROM anyway, plus a Mini SD slot. Im not sure what symbian OS is like in comparison to Windows Mobile though, is it better or worse?

hmmm...i saw it a while back and quite liked the look of it then. Screen is smaller than te SPV and it has a slower processor, and it seems to be impossible to get hold of in the UK

Ok i'll check out the nokia's then, my mate had an SX-1 for 6 days bt e sent it bck cuz it was buggy and just generally crap. so i think ill miss them out, cheers for your help.

I think you should have a nokia 9210 or nokia 7700 communicator. I think they are best.
