This just making me dizzy... Someone please help me to tell me how to make this work. What do I need? Where should I download? How do I do?

Think you can go online update, change from current EU language to an EMEA version that may includes English, Swedish and Danish. The service point can also be help.

my service centre were not able to choose a different language for my K700 update. when they did they received some error message saying the update was not allowed
Also I don't get any prompt on the online update to do it either

For what reason mate? Will they replace it for just having that simple problem, not technically to be considered I guess? I doubt they will give you a new fone here, please expound for your reason dude?
