> Online update problem with k700

Hi, i have updated my phone with the online update servcie and all went well, upgrading sucessfully from R2C to R2L, my phone is on orange, and the imporvements are there, such as the better slideshow settings, quicker backlight off, and missed calls times etc. ALL GOOD.
My brother has the same phone, it is an unbranded K700, and i did the update for him today.
It went through to the end, but when it completetd, saying to turn the phone back on etc.. the phone was just flashing a white screen slowly.
I tried turning it off and on, and removing the battery etc, but i just gfot the slow flashing white and black screen - not good.
I have tried the recover mode 4 times, and each time it gets to 91% and then says there is an error communicating with the phone and to try again.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I will ring the SE sevice centre on Monday.

@pmatz - Firstly, glad to have you here at esato mate! Secondly, doing a repeated upgrade with the fone might just damage it eventually! Your decision is right to have it serviced at an authorized SE Service Center - let the professionals handle your problem here . . . Also, check your fone as well, the one you also upgraded it might just show signs of uncertainty, if ever it will just be a single visit to the center when something happens to your fone (1st upgrade) !
