Please can anyone explain what the mini gps program is for what it does and solutions it solves i want to know about all those cell things events,cell groups

In short, it looks up your location within the GSM Network you're connected to, then it gives you a cell reference for that location. That doesn't sound all too interesting, nor useful, but once you begin labelling 'cell references' as places and then adding events or alarms based on what cell ref you're in, it becomes much more useful... Hopefully that shed's a little light on the subject, its not a bad little app i guess...
