i apologise for my newbie questions, but i write with a pretty strong force... is it okay to write like that on the touchscreen? can it stand pressure more than we expect or is it just plain fragile?

Its more robust than you would think, but you should definately take care. Dont STAB at it, and keep it clean.

Keep it perfectly clean because dust scratches with time create digitizer errors.
Unless you want to have to change the screen after 1 year or so, avoid writing like if where writing with a very bad pen. Specially, avoid strong DOTS.
