I bought a 910i and am having some strange issues with it. Sometimes, when the flip is closed, I am unable to use the back button. So if I am reviewing a certain message, I cannot use the back button to go back to the list of messages. This only happens occassionally and many times resolves itself when I reboot.

has anyone faced this before?

I did take it back. However the new piece also had the same problem. Going to try it again this week. Anyone face a similar problem in India?

I took it back again. The problem resurfaced in the new one as well. After some trial and error found out that this had to do with Mocha Telnet. Once I took that off, it works fine.

Humm... seems to me there should be a Forum called "Problems that may arrise from using the program "X" :

I see a LOT of information in the Esato forums, but is a headache trying to solve software incompatibilies like you did using the seach engine.
