hi guys can someone help me?? i need to know in very simple terms!! how to get a MP3 from my mac to my phone, help me out please as i have no idea!

You could also use email but it will cost you. My prefered method is Bluetooth. Get a bluetooth adapter for the Mac, quickest and easiest way I think.
