hey, post experiences on how durable or brittle our se phones are. Dont forget the model.
Here's mine, I'm amazed at how my t68i still works like a charm up to now (3yrs no repairs whatsoever) even though I've accidentally dropped the fone 5times already.

My current k700i has taken the fall twice off my office table, once face first

to my amazement good all phone never had a scratch on the screen or any part of the casing
I've seen a nokia 3310 fall flat, the casing, keypad parted ways like the red sea!

and yes it was mine!

Hmmm . . . Me, honestly speaking I've never ever dropped a fone in my possession for the longest time now ! As I always handle them with utmost care, with the help of my leather casings as well!

Not a good biz to make fones which dont get scratches etc easy, how gonna buy new faceplates, keypad etc? The times are over when fone was build for 'eternity' :o( and anyway, in average a fone lasts at use for a year, cos the new model is out so long. Whatfore to make 'quality'?

My t65 fell off my bike while i was riding and it worked perfect nevertheless. My t630 has been dropped numerous times. But works good still.

My T230 had the misfortune of falling off my hands the very day i bought it. But the first fall was ok. The second time it fell was when i had thought i had slipped the phone into my pocket but actually it slipped on to the tarmac! That accident gave slight scratch on the upper right part of the screen. After that there were many falls but the phone is as good as new. I 've had this for an year now.

My T600 has fallen out of shirt pocket while bending over to pick something form the ground about 4 times. LAst time battery cover fell of and battery out, but after putting back together no probs. Has some scratches now unfortunately.
Have had keypad replaced but was within warranty and had nothing to do with falling.
Keys are the worst enemy of a phone.

Oh yeah, this one another time i broke the clip part of my t65 charger. And 2 wires were exposed which i stuck into the phone and turned it on. Then sparks and smells emanated. Phone died. Luckily it was under warranty so i got it fixed for free!
Btw, welcome back boba. We missed ya! :-)
