What does this represent? How can it be activated? It is seen in the service tests.

It should flash with low battery and also comes on when you turn the phone off them put it on charge.
You can test it with "led/illumination" in the service menu

The LED comes out from time to time, sometimes it blinks even if the battery is good, and a few hours later it stops blinking...
