My p900 is working well with the ck3300 with the sound coming straight out of the car hifi, and the wayfinder is connecting well to the GPS in the same unit. The only problem i have is that with wayfinder on and flip open or closed I cant get the sound to come from the car stereo.
Can anyone help me turn a great combination of gadgets into an almost utopia for my car please
Thanks in advance
Kev

I'm using Wayfinder with Parrot 3300 and the P910. and have problems... just downloaded the latest wayfinder software and it keeps freezing up on me.. also it does not always connect to GPS and i have to revert back to the A-Z. The previous software also had the connection problem but did not freeze up on me. I'm still checking it out and may wait to try Route 66 which i believe will be available in 2 weeks.
The Parrot kit works well with the P910 it's just wayfinder and connection to GPS that is ptoblem..
With regards the navigation coming through the car speakers.. i too was hoping for this, but it will not work, i'm told the hand set needs to support BT audio gateway as does the Parrot kit... the P900 does not but the P910 does... but still i cant see it working. SE provide no support for it. It would be great if it worked, although i find the navigation sound coming from the phone speaker mounted on the dash acceptable.

@dannycol
Is there going to be a UIQ/P9xx version of Route 66 then? This is good news if there is as gps nav options for the P9xx are currently pretty limited to say the least.

You can buy wayfinder and Parrot kit from
http://www.spcomms.co.uk/acat[....]th_Nationwide_Installaion.html
Slightly more expensive but the service and support is excelent.. ask for Paul Miller, also they do the installation at your location and comes with a good warranty.. Tel 0870 444 5941
Route 66 for the P900/P910 i believe is due very soon within 7-10 days so i will be giving it a trial to see how it compares with Wayfinder. The above link can also provide the pakage..
I have had problems with wayfinder connecting to the Parrot GPS receiver, it fails to connect fairly frequently. but when connected it works well.
