I didnt know this phone had an 8way joystick. Go to service menu and select the keyboard test. Move the joystick diagonally and you can see it registers the move as a diagonal move, amazing!

its actually 9 ways incl the push of joy. Does the k5 have joy counter?

Nahh, not really... When you push both up and left you get a upperleft arrow, but there are only 5 "buttons" under the joystick.

yeah no big deal.
You cant use the diagonal movements in the joystick anywhere anyhow.
I didnt find anyplace or game where it was used !
