> How does the bluetooth headset work?
Bookmark topic
I wonder. When you want to use the bluetooth headset with a Sony Ericsson phone (the K700i for example), what do you do? If you want to answer the phone without touching the phone (is this possible?) must bluetooth always be on? Or can the phone be set to kick in bluetooth and disconnect when the call is finished?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. I don't have the phone yet still waiting for the price to go down. Any ideas where online has it for the cheapest price SIM free unlocked?

Ok, simple straight answer... yes to all your questions.
Yes, you can answer the phone without touching the handset... you can even answer without touching the headset if you set your voice commands.
Yes Bluetooth must be on (if you want to MAKE calls)
Yes, BT can be set to "Auto" so that when a call comes in, BT kicks in...pairs with the headset, then you can answer the call by pressing the headset button or saying your voice command.
Although, I've found that leaving BT on doesn't really affect battery life as much (maybe adds an hour or two to your total standby time... no big deal) So I just leave mine on.
