> K700i vs S700i?

i got a k700i on upgrade a few months back, love the phone, camera could be great & i'm annoyed that at best i can store about 6 mp3's at a time, leaving me with just kb's left to my phone's memory. i saw the S700i & saw an improved camera, memory stick, even though i've heard people complain about it's max capacity, it's better than nothing.
What i want to know is, is it worth getting?
at the moment, i like the features of the k700i, like being able to control my PC/media player & such.
Can anyone give me a comparison between the two?
i've been offered the s700i at a stupid price, brand new, sim free, but not sure if i should bother...

I can't be bothered going into detail as it's so easy to just search for this frequently posted info!
By the way, try encoding MP3s at lower bit rates. I've got 16 songs on my K700 plus about 6mb of other stuff and still have a few mb spare!
I get over 60 songs on a 128mb Duo for the P900
