I am only getting about 4-5 hours of standby and 1.5 hours at max talk time. I was wondering if this was average or if I have a faulty unit or if I can do something to extend this time ( I dont really think it is a fualty unit) oh and I am useing it with a t610 if that matters at all.

I don't do much better than that. I've taken to leaving mine plugged in whenever i'm in the car or at my desk. I find that if it lies around for more than 4-5 hours, the talk time becomes useless
