I just checked the Data data accounts:
I have 7 accounts: they are

ORange Enterprise,
Orange acte GPRS (Locked)
Orange ResetGPRs
Orange GSM (Locked)
Orange Enterprise GSM
Orange acte GSM (Locked)
Do they matter with my problem?

Have you enabled Internet access for Java?
"Connectivity->Settings for Java->Internet Profiles"
You need to know whether your application needs WAP or Internet access, and choose the right profile accordingly.
Also: Scroll to your Java App, click "More"->"Permissions"->"Internet Access"
Is access enabled there?

Do you know what kind of net-access the "Orange Entre" gives you? Is it the same type as that required by your Java App?
Next on your list of things to try would be to change "Internet Profiles" until you can get the app. to work...

Hi HjJ,
Thanks for your response, I have no idea about the "Orange Entre" thou.
I have tried all profiles in the "internet profiles" option. none of them work.
