On Saturday, I took the plunge and did the totalserver business with my o2 branded K700i. Phone is now decustomised and has R2L001 (from R2A). I also successfully used the SE update service (which I could not before) on Sunday.
Everything works perfectly (MMS, GPRS & Mobileweb), except that I cannot connect using o2 basic wap GSM which I use for emails (so as not to use all my GPRS quota) and also for general surfing.
All settings are correct.
When I set up GSM in internet profiles and use the internet button, the phone should dial the o2 number to connect. It shows the number for about half a second and then I get the globe with the spinning silver balls. The green phone appears at the top and disappears after about twenty seconds and the screen keeps showing the globe and balls and says connecting.
Anyone any ideas what the problem could be?
