anyone ever hear of a program that can feed live video from a p900 over bluetooth, or beter yet, GPRS?

No but I am using WebCam daily which has camera on many places around the earth. Some is nearly as live with often updating and others are more slow. Im using it through bluetooth internet connection and you can of course use gprs.
