can anyone help..i got a p910 yesterday from carphoneware house i let the phone charge all night and this morning i played around with it a bit and i noticed it had quick sheet and word installed anyway when i put my 128 mem card that i had used b4 with my p900 i noticed that most of the apps worked on my p910 without even having to instal them and on the mem card i already had quick word and sheet installed but when i actually clicked on word or quick sheet i kept getting an error message so i took out my mem card and now i found that both quick word and sheet are gone i tried looking through the systems folders but didnt find anything...does anyone have an idea what the problem is? i didnt even get a chance to do a backup, should i take it back and ask for a replacement?

Hi,
I had exactly the same problem as I was going through the applications on my memory stick and seeing if they worked on the P910. I uninstalled quickoffice from the memory stick when the stick was in my P900 and when I put the stick in the P910 quickoffice was no longer in the applications list.

All you do is switch the phone off and on again and they reappear in the list, no problem.

Problems I have had were connecting emails but that seems to be working now.

Major problem I have with it is viewing pictures in full/wide screen. This just sits there hanging until I click the jog dial again and then it goes back to the normal viewer.

Hope this helps,
M.
