Except for the default profile (normal) you can change names on profiles to anything you want.

Also is it possible to disable the "Profile-icon" - the 3 coloured "thingie" that looks like three pieces of paper on top of eachother...?

Follow these steps...... Fun&Games >>>>> Backgrounds >>>> Activate >>>>>> Off.
In this way you can see ur profile name on the desktop, but then u cant have ur background.
And u cant disable the clip icon when u are in any profile, except normal.
