I can't visit phone memory by Dss-25.

phone monitor can find k700c

but occur error when visit memory.

file manager is 2.520B and can explore the k700

I had the same problem installing my dss-25 that I got today. I had used the dcu-11 cable before so I thought maybe that was the problem. However, this is how I solved it (I think...). From control panel (WinXP) + phones and modems I removed the k700 serial modem, restarted the computer and then added it again.
