Ive tried the search but i cnt find any results, i have Widcomm 1.4.2.3
version but i cant use remote control. I really need help with this. It just stays on connecting on the pc, and on my fone it says that connection failed, retry?

It doesnt appear normally it only appears when i click discover available services, when i try to connect it says connecting for aaaggggeeessss...
Also if i go to control panel, it says HID devices, then BT mouse, and it has an ! mark next to it, and says the driver may be corrupt.

The device supports HID, I installed SP2 and it works! But its messed up the sound on the laptop, something to do with it being onboard on the motherboard, and makes it so no sound plays. Apparently its commen with laptops. Maybe i can find some solution.
