I had T68 HW rev R1A, I was plagued with bugs and bad construction defects.
One week ago my handset shut off and didn't manage to turn on again.
I took it to a Servicepoint Last Tuesday 11th.
I had it back tomorrow (WOW ONLY 8 DAYS!!) and they changed it with a brand new one, this is internally labeled SONYERICSSON and is R3A HW rev.
It is another kind of phone, very very very better construction, no defects, very good keyboard, very good illumination!!!
It still had old T68m software, but I had it instantly upgraded to R2D006 at the SP!!!
I must admit that Ericsson has made a pretty defective phone, but its assistance service is very efficient and fully remedied at his mistakes!
Before the T68 I had a Siemens S35 It took 3 months to return from repair service!!!
This is all another planet!!!
