make an account , then setup an email account then activate the account in "my profile" and set orange as your ISP (that last bit is the bit many people apparently dont do...which is why people have so many problems with orange email on T68s...)
any way that will give you an internet login and a new password.. you NEED that information to be able to connect to the servers...
if in doubt..phone orange cs and they will talk you through every step...it took me 15 minutes to get email sorted...
