> k700i - Icons have white box around them

Hi guys.
Anyone come across this before? I unbranded my k700 no probs. Installed a few new themes. Now when I press my joystick and move into the icons screen, the selected icon (messaging, media player etc) has a white box around it.

Are you talking about the 4 boxes that be near the top? If so then the reason the boxes are there are because the theme was made with them there.

I have an unbranded K700i and I am using a standard SE theme which came with the original SE firmware. I have this white box as well, so it is absolutly normal and shows which menu point is selected.

I have a white box too but the white line of the box goes behind the icon rather than in front like stevehulse's!

yeh, mine's behind the icon too, but I couldn't get a proper screenshot of it. Guess it's always been there and I haven't noticed it before. lol
