I found the p900 charger cuts out while charging, so I went back to the big ericsson chargers, and found it didnt cut out. But now, my p900 battery life is really poor now. I fully charged the battery last night, by mid morning the phone had turned itself off, I only used oggplay software for an hour or less, so it can't have used up the whole battery. Will I need to buy a new battery, or do you think I should just stick with the p900 charger?

I suggest you buy a new p900 charger, and if your battery is permanently damaged you may also have to get another one of those.

But its not just the p900 charger that stops charging after a while, its all the new type chargers. Happened with my p800 too. Just checked the output, the p900 charger is 5.1volts whereas the old ericsson charger is 4.5volts. That probably explains it, I will buy a new charger, this one may have faulty wiring. Thanks for your help.
