> Problems with restoring my P910i

I had to deliver my P910i on DOA, and off course I recived a new one. Well the problem is that when I'm trying to restore it comes to "checking files on phone" and then aborts, saying there is a problem with the connection to the phone/or the phone.
I've formated the phone and tried 4 different backups, all with the same result. What should I do?
