My monitor has suddenly started flickering constantly! Why? Help pls! What could be possibly wrong?

try changing your refresh rate:
display properties > settings > advanced > monitor

@Ayush it could be picking up magnetic interference - do you have any transformers plugged in near by? (eg mobile phone charger)
