> Best Smartphone with EDGE?

well to start with..i am a big big sony ericsson fan and have always been one! currently i own the 910 but just recently the service providers here have launched EDGE services! so now i want a smartphone with edge capabilities! please write down your suggestions here!!! thanks!! btw it can be any make.....and also a phone that is "coming soon" as i can wait for 2-3 weeks!

The SE Z500 can be in the stores any day now. It is a clamshell that has "everything" except Bluetooth, IR (so only cable), no FM radio, but edge!
Judging from the pictures it is going to look good.
In Europe it is z500i, in the Americas it is z500a. Not every country will see the z500 on its shelves though, check your local SE-site to find out.

Buddy, go to your local dealer and ask him to show you a 6630 dummy.The real thing only comes out in 5weeks.Check the specs and size.If you are used to carry around a 180g+ elephant you are in for a nice surprise! It has got not only edge, but some 3g features too.Our local network starts free edge trials in january and I get mine as a Christmas present.

for me 6630 is a smartphone as it has symbian os....
