I used to have this working but I flashed my phone and I must have set something up wrong. I'm trying to connect my iPAQ 1940 to my K700i to use the internet.

On my phone I have three data accounts, the third one being:

APN = 'internet'
username = 'web'
password = 'web'

On my iPAQ I have a connection set up that dials *99***3# and then uses
username = 'web'
password = 'web'

with no domain.

When I try and use this connection my iPAQ says that a connection to the K700i is established but then I get:

"Cannot connect for an unknown reason"

Theres also a section in the phone for "Internet Profiles"... I can;t remember what they are for!

WHat have I missed out here?

since firmware version R2L you have to add a Z into your iPAQ initialise string to make it dial out using GPRS correctly
