there is no default code for bluetooth. The code is any 4 digit number you choose on the device initiating the pairing and the same code must be entered on the device being paired with
The exception to this is when pairing with SE bluetooth headsets where the code used is 0000 because the headset doesn't have a keypad in which to enter the code
