> SE K700i or Qtek 8010?

Can anyone help me out with what the differences are between this smartphone and regular phones? Is it worth paying a bit over 1000 SEK (about 115 EUR) MORE to get the Qtek smartphone instead of the SE K700i?
Help is appreciated.

What is Qtek 8010??? I've never heard about it. If it is good, I would hear about it. Since I didn't hear about that phone, and that brand, I would reccomend k700, better buy something that is shure, than something that you don't know where to service!

Thullan, care to elaborate on that? If its only a bunch of outlook sync abilities that make a smartphone, i´m not interested. I havnt been able to find any real info on what makes smartphones better then ordinary mobilephones, only outlook sync things, and wlan (windows mobile too of course).

The Qtek runs Windows Mobile 2003 which will give you internet browser, MSN Messenger, Pocket Outlook, miniMD memory cards, the posibility to download new applications etc. No radio though. But as you sad, it costs ~1000 SEK more than k700 so you'll have to decide if it's worth it. And who knows, the k700 may fit you better even if they were priced the same. I leave the decision to you

@zordnil u did the right job! I think this will be my next phone. What was the price? (in eur or usd)? From where did u got it? How is the battery? U can write a small review if u want :) There a couple of other manufacturer that rebrand this HTC's phone (eg: orange, audiovox, i-mate, etc)
