I remember people used to change the LEDs on Nokias to change the colour so it is possible I suppose but not easy & CERTAINLY warranty voiding!

Changing led's must be possible, is it the led color or me a skin above it? You can remove the housing and put in a transclusent plastic paper in between. This has been done b4 for the 610
