Hi all,

I just got one of those T28 Flashers Serial Cable, for my T610 phone, and I can't find any tutorial for upgrading the firmware with it, my phone is already unlocked, so I'm only looking for the upgrade instruction and/or software required.

I already have the updated AVR and AMR files.

Thanks so much!

Hi which phone is it you have ?
Click the links below for the following phones. Once on the pages click the instructions link
Z1010 Flashing
K500i Flashing
F500i Flashing
S700i Flashing
K700i Flashing

I hope one of the above helps.

Edit
Sorry just realised you have a T610, i cant find any instructions for the T610 flashing but they are similar to the ones above.
The same prinicipals are involved.

Thanks for reply, but I saw this page before! i's talking about unbranding and blah blah, my phone is already unbranded, I need only to upgrade the firmware, any free solutions? or even paid working reliable solution? (other than SE center!).

Only way I know of is Terminator/Fighter/Tornado dongles, but the question is if itīs worthwhile? In case you have many phones and/or live 1000 miles from Service point.
Otherwise let service point upgrade it for you!

Online remote flashing is unreliable by nature and not recommended. There is the remote server thing where you can flash your T610 using the T28 cable but it costs 10USD or more for each credit and you probably need 2 credits. Even sellers of this service discourage using it for firmware flashing.

You are betting off buying a Terminator dongle which allows unlimited flashing. About 30USD on eBay.

Well, I know for a fact that several of the companies in Sweden that unlock and unbrand use Total MultiServer using credits.
And the more credits you buy at once the cheaper they are.
I.E. if you buy 10 credits at once they cost about 50 SEK each.

Hey guys,
Have the K700i bought from a dealer here in the US and I was trying to do the firmware upgrade AND debranding (it's an O2 phone).
I was able to get all the way to 98+% complete and got this error:
"0x002F14" Then, my phone won't work at all. NOt turn on even after chraging again. I've tried different f/w files. The "r2L" will only get to about 30% before the same error.
FaceOffMobiles(where I bought my credit) is NO help with support forum. They don't even answer.
HELP!
Thanks

You should contact or post questions at the website that actually runs the server.
